Low amber light, the scent of toasted curry leaf, the weight of terracotta on the table. Madras Midnight is designed to feel like a private dining room at the edge of the city, where the kitchen's pulse becomes the room's heartbeat.

The dining room seats 48 guests across intimate booths and a communal chef's table. Private dining for up to 12 is available on request.
